This droolworthy ’70 Nova is another example of a “game changer” for me. Normally I’m not an avid Nova fan, but this 2-toned, Pro Touring specimen yanked my eyeballs good. Ouch!

Back in the 70’s, car culture illustrations were the absolute coolest! This illustration by Bob Peak actually was sort of a comic story in Sports Illustrated. Wild psychedelic colors, groovy stylized cartoons... SOCK IT TO ME!

Back in 1971 my dad received this postcard from the local Plymouth dealership in Redding, CA. He passed it on to me (since I love Muscle Cars) and I saved it all these years. The couple in the picture must be planning on some pretty aggressive driving. I noticed they brought their helmets!
